ApnaEBill is a billing and client-management app built for laundry and small service businesses, developed and maintained by ITinex Solutions. It helps you record daily entries, generate invoices, and track client billing.
All business data you enter — clients, entries, prices, invoices — is stored locally on your own device. ApnaEBill does not require an internet connection to function, and we do not host or control your business records on any server.
You are solely responsible for backing up your data using the in-app backup feature. Uninstalling the app, clearing app storage, or losing your device may result in permanent data loss.
ApnaEBill is provided "as is." While we test the app carefully, we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any business loss, billing discrepancy, or data loss arising from use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time as the app evolves. Continued use of ApnaEBill after changes means you accept the updated terms.
ApnaEBill does not collect, transmit, or store your business data on any external server. All information — client names, entries, prices, invoices, business settings, and any uploaded logo — stays only on your device's local storage.
We do not require account sign-up, phone number verification, or email login to use the app.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. If you use the "Share via WhatsApp" feature, the invoice text is passed directly to WhatsApp using your device's own share function — we never see or store that content.
If you enable the optional PIN lock feature, your PIN is stored securely on your own device only. It is never transmitted anywhere and cannot be recovered by us if forgotten — you would need to reinstall the app.
ApnaEBill is a business billing tool intended for adult business owners and is not directed at children.
You can export or delete all your data at any time from within the app. Uninstalling ApnaEBill removes all locally stored data from your device.
